Birth photography is the irreplaceable opportunity to have a professional photographer capture one of life’s greatest gifts of having a baby. It is capturing the beautiful and raw moments that come with yours and your baby’s birth story.
From the laughter, pain and tears to baby’s first breath, first touch and first look will all be captured for you and your loved ones to continually look back on. Having experienced this myself it was one of the best things I have ever done for myself and for my child. Nothing compares to being able to look back and remember not only the precious moments but the raw and real emotions that comes with birth.
When should I book?
It is best to book as soon as possible. I want to be available to you as soon as “it’s time!” For that reason I only take 1 due date per month. I will be on call for you from when you hit 38 weeks till the birth of your baby.
Getting acquainted.
I would love to meet you for coffee or tea and discuss what your visions are for yours and your baby’s birth story before the big day and to go over any concerns or questions that you or your loved one might have.
What will you be shooting?
Every birth story is unique for each of us. During our getting acquainted time this is what exactly will be discussed further. During the birth I will be completely out of the way shooting with no flash. Most images will be processed in black and white.
